Being a "Green Oil Mill" is not a marketing label for us, but a conscious choice. It means looking at every phase of production — from plant to bottle — and asking ourselves: "How can we give back to the earth more than we take?"

Over the years, our company has made significant investments to make the business increasingly "Green". Our goal is clear: to improve production autonomy while respecting the environment that surrounds us and provides us with our products.

Renewable Energy

Thanks to the installation of state-of-the-art photovoltaic systems, our oil mill operates by drastically reducing $C{O}_2$ emissions.

Our goal is to achieve complete energy self-sufficiency during the harvest season.

Thermal Energy

Olive pomace is the woody core of the fruit which, once separated from the pulp through natural mechanical processes, transforms into an excellent biofuel. We produce zero-kilometer energy, enhancing a by-product of milling.

We use the heat released from the pomace to power the thermal processes of our oil mill, closing the production cycle. What remains is at your disposal: clean, renewable energy with the scent of nature.

Water Recovery

Oil extraction naturally produces "vegetation waters". From a green perspective, these are not waste to be disposed of, but a precious resource.

We use wastewater for fertigation; these waters, rich in potassium and organic substances, serve to nourish our soils, closing the nutrient cycle naturally.

Furthermore, to minimize potable water waste, we have optimized olive washing processes, resulting in significant water savings.

Conscious Packaging

Sustainability doesn't stop at the oil mill but extends to your table. We have selected materials that protect the oil while reducing environmental impact:

We use dark glass, 100% recyclable and ideal for protecting the oil from light; aluminum cans, lightweight for transport (fewer shipping emissions) and fully reusable; and recycled paper labels, printed with low-impact inks, for an aesthetic that respects the environment.

Biodiversity Respect

Our oil mill thrives thanks to a healthy olive grove. We practice agriculture that protects biodiversity:

No Chemical Herbicides: We prefer mechanical mowing, which keeps the soil alive and protects pollinating insects.

We only use organic products, which nourish the soil without harming the environment.
